3. Travel by train Cardiff has two rail stations, Cardiff Central (Tel: +44 (0)1222 499 811)and Queen Street. Both are within walking distance of the stadium. Regular services from London Paddington. From Cardiff Central head north towards the bus station, over Wood Street and Park Street and the stadium is directly in front of you. From Queen Street station head down the pedestrianised Queen Street and continue to the end. Then turn right onto High Street and the stadium is on your right.

5. Travel by car From the east, take the M4 and leave at junction 29 and head into Cardiff on the A48(M). Then join the A4161 Newport Road and continue in the centre of Cardiff. Head under the rail bridge joining the A470. Turn left onto Kingsway and then left on to the High Street, then left again to take you on to Westgate Street. The stadium is on the right hand side. Parking for the matchs is a breeze we drove straight to the centre of the town and parked in a multi storey carpark 400 yards from the ground!

7. Where to drink… Cardiff is one of the best towns in EUrope for post match beers. All the pubs are concentrated i the main drag of St Mary’s Street which is only a 2 minute walk from the Millenium Stadium. There are some smashing pubs, O’Neils was our favourite, jam packed, but the staff were fantastic and the atmoshpere brilliant.
